Ghosh Medical offers GP video and telephone consultations, for patients who are unable to travel to our clinic or would prefer a more convenient method of consultation.


How do Virtual GP Appointments work?


You can book your Virtual or Telephone GP Appointment via our online booking system. Once you have booked your video consultation at a time that suits you, we will provide you with a link to join the call online. This will allow you to join the call remotely from your smartphone, tablet or laptop, without the need to visit our clinic in-person. Alternatively, if you choose to book a telephone consultation, we will call you at your selected appointment time.

During your consultation, your GP will ask you questions to find out more about your health problem.

You will also be able to ask any questions you may have. This discussion will allow your GP to recommend the best course of treatment for you. If your GP prescribes you with any form of medication, they will provide you with instructions on how to take this medicine during your video or telephone consultation.

Please note, Ghosh Medical can only offer Virtual GP Appointments to patients in countries verified by the Electronic Portfolio of International Credentials.
