Do you need to take a COVID-19 test before travelling to England?
Although the rules are now beginning to relax, there are still some restrictions in place and having a valid test may still be a requirement, we can help.
Who needs to take a test:
You must take a COVID-19 test before you travel to England if you:
- do not qualify as fully vaccinated for travel to England
- have been in a country or territory on the red list in the 10 days prior to your arrival in England
If you do not qualify as fully vaccinated for travel to England or have been in a country or territory on the red list in the 10 days prior to your arrival in England, then you must take a COVID-19 test.
Where to take your test:
- Take a test in the place where you begin your journey
- If returning to the UK, take a test in the country you depart from, or if travelling through other countries, you must take an additional test en-route.
If you are returning to the UK within 3 days, you can use the result of a COVID-19 test that you take in the UK before you travel.
