At our office, we understand that the needs of patients flying in for treatment can vary, and we are extremely experienced in meeting those needs, whatever they may be. We are here to help at every step of the way, from scheduling flights and hotels to private duty nurses and transportation services. Our goal for our out of town patients is to make your experience as worry and hassle-free as possible.
If you will be staying for a few days prior to your treatment, we are happy to provide suggestions of attractions to visit while you are here.
The Consultation
Long distance consultations can be arranged for any out of town patient. First, email or phone the office expressing your interest in a long distance (virtual) consultation and let us know what procedure you are considering, when you are thinking of undergoing treatment, and how long you can stay. Different procedures require different minimum lengths of stay.
We will need to review photographs of the areas of interest prior to the consultation. These are most commonly sent by email. Once we receive the photographs, we can schedule a telephone or Skype consultation. We will need to evaluate different views of the treatment areas before having a meaningful conversation about the procedure.
Accommodation
We work with a variety of conveniently located hotels and can recommend hotels for our out of town guests. Please enquire about special rates for our patients.
