The Ghosh Medical Franchise Journey

Step 1 - Aim
This stage is all about discovery. A friendly chat to discuss what it is you are aiming to do. You’ll get to know us, we’ll get to know you. We’ll talk through the opportunity and establish whether there’s a good fit to move forward.

Step 2 - Study
Take a look through our franchise pack based on the model we’ve agreed upon in principle. You’ll learn what it takes to become a franchisee and you’ll decide if it’s right for you. We will encourage you to do your own research on the competition and alternative models you may wish to pursue at this stage.

Step 3 - Method
Work together with our business team and clinicians to produce a robust business plan which works for you. We will test out the feasibility for success. A 20% down payment of the franchise fee applies at this stage and this will be our blueprint to build your franchise opportunity.

Step 4 - Outcome
This is when we agree on a franchise agreement. We provide a jargon free contract but we recommend you take independent legal advice so that you are fully informed on the provisions for and obligations of both parties. Once agreed, we will sign this.

Step 5 - Result
Once we’re official and funding is complete, the real journey begins. The opening of your clinic is fully project managed by our team; encompassing fit out, procurement, recruitment and launch. A marketing strategy and most importantly, comprehensive training to brand standards. This is only where our relationship begins as support for your success.
