For the past four years, Ghosh Medical Group has been a proud sponsor of Liverpool Hope University’s Insight to Business Awards – taking on selected candidates for a two-week placement at our private healthcare facility.
During these placements candidates gain a valuable understanding of the medical industry, from how we run our daily business operations, manage PR and HR, to marketing through social media and much more.

How Are Candidates Chosen?
Undergraduate students and recent graduates at Liverpool Hope are nominated by the University's Business School staff for the Insight to Business Awards program. Nominees then submit CV’s to their chosen sponsor business and attend professional interviews, gaining valuable real-world skills and experience in the process. Finally, after all interviews have taken place, the sponsor business will make a decision on which candidate will be selected for a placement.
How Long Are The Placements?
Placements with Ghosh Medical are two-weeks in duration, providing students with a challenging, exciting, and ultimately rewarding look at what it is like to work in the private healthcare industry. Interns will be working alongside world class clinicians in many fields and must be ready to help out in whatever way necessary. They will be performing these tasks under the supervision of a friendly, helpful, and dedicated team who will always be on hand to help out.

Hear From One Of Our Interns
“Just wanted to send a quick email showing my gratitude for having me for the 2-week placement. It was an incredibly valuable experience, and it helped massively that all the staff were friendly and easy to chat to. It’s a brilliant business but also a great place to work. I wish you all the best for the future.”
