Ghosh Medical Group is Liverpool’s leading private medical company. We have expanded and are settling into our brand-new clinic offering private medical, surgical, pharmacy and aesthetic services in the heart of Liverpool’s medical district – Rodney Street.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a Social Media specialist to join this fast growing Medical company. You will have an influencer mindset when it comes to organic and paid social marketing, have knowledge and understanding of social media and marketing along with a data & analytical approach. If the analytics side of marketing really does interest you, then this role will be perfect for you. You will be working alongside the senior team.
- Develop and implement social media strategies for both paid and organic channels, aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Develop the social media content strategy to improve visibility and traffic through social media and marketing channels
- Conduct in-depth analysis of social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Create and manage social media content calendars, ensuring content is consistent with brand messaging and aligns with overall marketing objectives.
- Plan and execute paid social campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Manage relationships with influencer partners, creating and executing influencer marketing campaigns that align with the brand's overall social media strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration of social media activities.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, features, and algorithms, and incorporate these into the company's social media strategy.
Nice to haves:
- Experience in social media & marketing, with a strong focus on paid and organic social.
- Aesthetic and medical knowledge with experience using social media analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Creative thinker with a passion for social media and an ability to stay on top of the latest trends and technologies.
- Experience with paid social platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus.
