Ghosh Medical Group is Liverpool’s leading private medical company. We are expanding and are settling into our brand new clinic offering private medical and aesthetic services in the heart of Liverpool’s medical district – Rodney Street.

What you will be doing

Providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all patients, in line with our vision and values on customer satisfaction

Completing patient treatments, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of patients to ensure a superb customer service experience

Advising on and identifying opportunities to engage with patients and align products and services to meet their needs

Assisting in keeping the clinic clean and tidy at all times

Undertaking all training as required (eg, first aid, health and safety, customer service)

Undertaking any other ad-hoc duties relevant to the post, as and when required

Complying with all CQC regulations

Ensuring the best experience of all patients

What you need for the role

Customer service skills

Fast learner

Preferred NVQ Level 4 in Beauty (NVQ Level 3 accepted)

Previous experience in skin peels and laser treatments
